Has anyone else been thinking about the significant role the nearby resident played in trying to save Zet Rodriguez's life? I can't imagine the trauma she must have experienced witnessing such a horrific event and stepping up to help without hesitation. It’s a strong reminder of the good in people amidst such senseless violence. Her quick action to use her sweater as a makeshift compress shows incredible bravery. It's heartbreaking that it wasn't enough to save him, but I think it’s important to acknowledge her courage and the impact she must feel knowing she did everything she could in those crucial moments. I hope she’s receiving the support she needs, as often the mental health of bystanders is overlooked in events like this. Let's continue to lift each other up and offer kindness and solidarity in these tough times. My heart goes out to Zet's family, friends, and the community grappling with this loss.
