I've been following Andrew Castillo's case closely, and something I find odd is the lack of any CCTV footage from the Dallas Veterans Medical Center that could provide some clues about his movements after discharge. Given that most medical facilities have surveillance for safety and security reasons, you’d think there’d be some record of him leaving the premises. Is it possible that the footage wasn’t reviewed thoroughly, or is it just not available? Maybe someone here with experience in dealing with hospitals could shed some light on why this might be the case? It’s like he vanished into thin air, and every little piece of information could be crucial. Thoughts?
