Has anyone else been following the case of Clarence Johnson? It’s gut-wrenching to hear about another life taken too soon by gun violence. I was particularly struck by the outpouring of support from his community. People are really coming together to share their memories and honor his life. It's powerful to see everyone uniting in such a genuine way to not only remember Clarence but to also shed light on the bigger issues affecting Chicago. Does anyone know if there have been any recent community meetings or events where people have discussed solutions to this ongoing problem? I've read about some in the past, and I'm curious if Clarence’s tragic death has sparked new conversations or initiatives. Would love to hear about any firsthand experiences or stories from those of you in the area. It's moments like these that, while extremely painful, can also become a catalyst for change. Thoughts and prayers go out to Clarence’s family and friends. He seemed to be well-loved and respected in his community.
