Hi fellow sleuths, I’ve been thinking a lot about Alvin Stanton Jr. since his tragic death came to my attention. It’s incredibly distressing to know that his story didn't seem to make it into the broader news cycle. While we don't have much information, what gets me is the deafening silence around his case. The fact that there are no updates or arrests makes me wonder about the hurdles in the investigation process. Why do some cases fall through the cracks while others get all the attention they need? Has anyone noticed any trends in how such cases are handled in Chicago, or why some seem to stay under the radar? It's important we keep talking about Alvin's story so he doesn't become just another statistic. His life was precious and deserved protection, and the least we can do is keep his memory alive while hoping for justice. Thinking of Alvin and his family during these challenging times. ?️

Hey everyone, I was looking through the National Gun Violence Memorial and came across Alvin Stanton Jr.'s page. His story really stuck with me because it seems like there's so little information available about what happened to him. It's gut-wrenching to think about the pain Alvin's family and friends must be going through without any closure. I can't even begin to imagine how hard it must be to not have answers or justice for a loved one. It's just so saddening that his life was cut short amidst the ongoing gun violence in Chicago, a city that unfortunately deals with this way too often. My heart goes out to those who knew Alvin and cared about him deeply. I hope someone comes forward with information that can provide some much-needed answers. If there's anyone here who knows more about this case or has any insights, please share. Every piece of information can really make a difference.
