I've been following Zaneta's case, and I can't stop thinking about her neighbor who tried to help her. It's such a selfless and heroic act to step into harm's way for someone else. From what I understand, the neighbor is still in critical condition, and I hope she'll pull through. It's tragic to see how gun violence can impact not just the direct victim but also those who bravely try to intervene. Sending thoughts of healing and strength to the neighbor and hoping the community can come together to support each other during such a difficult time. It's clear we need to foster more kindness and lookout for one another. Stay safe, everyone.
