Hi everyone, I've been following the case involving Redd, also known as Barbie, and something that really stood out to me was the sheer number of shell casings found at the scene—15, all from a rifle. This raises so many questions about the intent behind this horrific act. The use of such a weapon suggests a level of premeditation and a determination to cause harm. It's chilling to think about the choice of weapon and the message it sends, especially considering the ongoing violence against the transgender community. I can’t stop thinking about how terrifying that must have been for everyone present, and how it underscores the urgent need for stronger protections and support for trans individuals. My thoughts are with Redd's loved ones as they navigate this unimaginable loss, and I'm hopeful that the investigation will lead to answers and justice for her and her community. Has anyone heard updates or thoughts on how the community can push for this to be investigated as a hate crime? Sending support to all who are impacted.
