Was anyone else struck by how little media attention Jose's case has gotten over the years? It's been over two decades, and it feels like there should have been more coverage, especially considering the cross-border implications. With so many missing person cases, it seems like the ones involving parental abductions tend to get overshadowed. You’d think the distinct features, like Alvaro's lazy eye, would make it easier for someone to recognize him or Jose. I wonder if there have been any recent efforts by authorities to reach out via social media or in Mexican news outlets to try to find them. It's upsetting that more people aren't aware of this case.
