I’ve been following the tragic case of Zyan N. Namir Damper, and my heart goes out to his friends and family. It's so devastating to see another life cut short by gun violence in Chicago. One thing I’ve noticed while looking into this is the lack of clear information about where exactly this happened or any suspects being mentioned. It’s baffling and frustrating that there seems to be no progress on such a painful issue for the community. Does anyone else think that the lack of detailed reports adds to the pain for the families? It seems like they’re left in the dark, and it's just so tough to see this repeated over and over across different cities. Sharing stories in the National Gun Violence Memorial is so important because it humanizes the statistics, you know? It keeps the memory alive and underscores the tragedy behind every case number. If anyone has more thoughts or knows about any support systems for families or advocacy groups that are working directly on these issues, I’d love to hear more. Thanks, everyone.
