Does anyone else find it chills-inducing that Willie "Kayonna" Ankeny was found in a building people pass by every day, yet no one knew he was there? It's just so unsettling to think about. That area at the end of Meadowgrove has always had an eerie vibe, but this makes it even worse. I really feel for Willie’s family; losing someone suddenly like this is unimaginable. From what his mom shared, he seemed like such a light in the lives of those who knew him. He deserved so much better than to be left alone in that abandoned place. I hope the investigation brings some answers soon and that justice is served. Sending love to everyone affected by this tragedy.
