I've been following the case of Correll Rambo and my heart goes out to his family and friends during this unimaginably difficult time. I can't even begin to fathom the pain they're experiencing right now.
Something that caught my attention in the reports was that this is the 22nd homicide in Columbus this year. It feels like a staggering number to think about—each of those represents a life lost, families shattered. I hope that this trend prompts a serious conversation about what’s going on in the community and what can be done to prevent further tragedies.
I'm curious if anyone local to Columbus has noticed any community response or initiatives that aim to address this. Are people coming together to support each other, or is there a sense of fear? I'm hopeful that as a community, people can rally together to both seek justice for Correll and find meaningful ways to stop the violence.

I can't even begin to fathom what Correll Rambo's family is going through right now. It must be incredibly difficult to have lost someone so suddenly and in such a violent way.
