It's understandable for Germaine to be vocal about the conditions and safety concerns—it’s a place directly linked to her loss. The community's repeated experiences with violence at this complex are just beyond belief. I hope people in the area take this seriously and push for the necessary security improvements. It’s got to be terrifying for everyone living there. If anyone reading this happens to know anything at all about the situation or what went down, please think about coming forward to provide some answers. The police and Wendell's family are surely desperate for some closure.
