Has anyone else noticed the security camera on the street where R.J. was found? I was looking at the news footage and it seems like there might be one on a neighbor's house a few doors down. It makes me wonder if the police have checked for any surveillance footage in the area. Maybe something was captured that can give a lead on what happened that night. It's so devastating that R.J.'s family has to go through this without answers. If there is any chance of getting justice, I really hope all potential video evidence is being thoroughly investigated. My heart goes out to everyone who knew and loved him.
I’ve been following Rodagus “R.J.” Thomas’s case, and something that struck me is the community response in Capitol View. I’ve seen comments from those who knew him, and it’s clear he was loved by many. People are coming together, sharing memories, and expressing their shock and disbelief. It’s so important in times like these to see a neighborhood unite to honor someone's life rather than just focusing on the tragedy. For those connected with R.J., I hope this communal support provides some comfort. It's a devastating reminder of how gun violence impacts not just individuals, but entire communities. Curious if anyone local has attended any of the recent gatherings or vigils? It’s heartening to see people come together, but I wish it didn’t have to be under such tragic circumstances.
