Hey everyone, I've been diving deep into the James "Jim" Sullivan case recently, and I can't stop thinking about the La Mesa Motel angle. From what I've gathered, it's the last confirmed place he was seen alive, and it just adds another layer to the mystery. Does anyone know if there were any witnesses or staff from the motel who might have seen him that night or noticed anything unusual? It's strange that someone could just vanish with all their belongings left behind. Maybe there were clues or interactions at the motel that could give more context to his state of mind or movements before he left. Was there any mention of motel surveillance or records that were checked? It would be interesting to know if anyone has looked into this part of the timeline more thoroughly. Sometimes the smallest details can reveal so much. Would love to hear if anyone has thoughts or insights!

Has anyone else noticed the eerie detail about Jim Sullivan's disappearance relating to his music? I was reading about his case again, and it struck me how odd it is that his first album was titled *U.F.O.*. Given the lack of evidence and how his personal belongings were just left untouched in his car, it just feels... unsettling. I know the alien theory is way out there, but when you put it next to the missing person's puzzle with no missing pieces found, it makes my mind wander. I mean, why name your album that? Was it intuition or just coincidence? What do you all think? I’m curious if any of you have a theory on the possible connection or if it’s all just a wild coincidence.
