I can't stop thinking about those poor children Jakia left behind. It's devastating to imagine what they must be going through without their mom. I've been reading about the case and there's just so little to go on right now. It makes me so upset knowing that new leads haven't come up. I really hope that someone in the community steps forward with information. It takes just one person to speak up and make a difference. Sending so much love and strength to Willie and the kids. Stay strong, and I pray justice comes soon for Jakia and her family.
I still can't wrap my head around the senseless tragedy that took Jakia De'ceontae Lanier from her loved ones. It must be unimaginably difficult for her fiancé, Willie Roberson, and their children to navigate life without her. They were supposed to be safe in their own home, asleep and unaware. The randomness of a bullet coming through their window is terrifying. How is it possible that someone could be so careless with a weapon?
I can't help but hope that justice will be served soon. Whoever is responsible needs to come forward or be found by the authorities. It pains me to think that her family is left dealing with both grief and unanswered questions.
