Has anyone looked into the timeline of when Cheryl's family moved to Picher? I'm curious about how soon after the move she went missing. Given that she was unhappy about relocating, could there have been someone in the area she confided in about wanting to leave? Also, the fact that two other women disappeared around the same time seems more than coincidental. I wonder if Cheryl’s case was somehow overshadowed by the focus on these other cases. With Karl Lee Myers being linked to the other disappearances, it’s strange that more wasn’t done to see if he was involved with Cheryl's case. Has there been any recent effort to review old evidence with today's technology? I really hope her family eventually finds some answers.

Hi everyone, I remember reading about Karl Lee Myers' suspected involvement in Cheryl’s case, and I can't help but wonder about the connection between her and the other women who disappeared. It's troubling because Picher was such a small town, and for multiple people to vanish like that is unnerving. Myers was a known criminal, and although he's long gone, I feel like there might still be clues out there linking him to Cheryl’s disappearance. Could it be possible that someone in Picher back then knew something about Myers’ movements but was too scared to come forward? Or maybe there's a record somewhere waiting to be discovered that could finally provide closure? If Myers wasn’t the one responsible, I think it's crucial to consider if there might have been another person involved who flew under the radar. Thoughts?
