I was reading up on Kirk Chang's case and something really stood out to me. It's so disturbing to know that this happened in such a familiar place for Kirk, right on North 30th and East Osborne where he probably felt at ease. A neighborhood hangout spot should be a place of comfort, not one where someone's life ends so tragically. I keep thinking about the people he might have seen everyday at the corner store—did anyone notice anything unusual or suspicious that day? My heart goes out to his family and everyone who knew him; I can't imagine the frustration and sadness they must feel with this still being unsolved. If you happen to live in the area or were there on June 27, 2015, please consider reaching out to the Tampa Police with any info, no matter how small it seems. Every tip could make a difference.
