Does anyone else find it incredibly disturbing that Thompson's mother was present during the shooting and didn't intervene? I can't stop thinking about that detail. How does someone just stand by as their child commits such a violent act? I remember reading how important a parent's influence can be, and it's just heartbreaking to see something like this happen. I'm deeply sorry for Niko's family and for everyone affected by this senseless tragedy. I hope the police continue to piece everything together and that justice is served for Niko.
