Was anyone else struck by how odd it is that no one else reportedly saw or heard anything that day at Peanut Island? It's usually a pretty busy spot, especially on weekends. The subject was last seen with scuba gear, so you'd think someone might have noticed something—a splash, commotion, or even his gear on the beach. It’s so perplexing. Peanut Island isn't that big, and while there are currents, it's hard to believe nobody saw him surface or come out of the water. If anyone was there around that time or even afterwards, maybe you remember something odd or out of place? Every little detail could be crucial. ?️‍♂️?
I’ve been following the discussions about the missing diver at Peanut Island, and I can't shake the feeling that something's off. Has anyone else heard about the sightings of strange boats in the area around the time they went missing? It's a popular spot, but locals have mentioned seeing an unfamiliar vessel that day. Could this be related, or am I reaching? It's just odd that someone could disappear without a trace even with gear that helps them float. I know the conditions can change quickly out there, but it’s worth considering all possibilities. Thoughts?
Has anyone looked into the possibility of strong underwater currents around Peanut Island? I've heard that some areas can be quite treacherous if you're not familiar with them. I'm curious if anyone has more info about the water conditions on the day they went missing. It seems unusual for someone experienced in diving to disappear like that without a trace. Could it be that the currents swept them out or deeper into the channel? Any local divers out there with insights?
