Was anyone else following the updates on the tragic shooting in Orlando? It seems there's a lot of focus on how the apartment complex's security may or may not have played a role in what happened to Daquarius Allen Session. I'm curious if anyone has lived or stayed at the complex or nearby? It makes you wonder how safe these places really are and if the security companies employed at these complexes are doing enough to protect residents. I'm also thinking about the families and how difficult it must be for them with the case still unsolved. It's hard to imagine going through such a loss and not having answers. I hope they find some resolution and justice soon. It's a sober reminder of how important safety is and how quickly life can change.

Has anyone looked into the alleged lack of lighting at the 5600 block of Silver Star Road where Daquarius was sadly killed? ? I was thinking that improved lighting might have deterred some criminal activity or at least helped witnesses see more clearly what happened that night. I know it's just one piece of the puzzle, but sometimes small things can make a big difference in preventing tragedies like this. My thoughts go out to Daquarius's family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. ?
