I read that his family has a National Gun Violence Memorial profile for him, and I think it's a beautiful tribute to light a candle in his memory and keep his spirit alive. It seems like such a small gesture in the grand scheme of things, but it's a way for everyone who loved him to stand together and seek some semblance of peace amidst the chaos. I really hope that one day they get the closure they need. If anyone has updates or hears anything new, please keep sharing. It feels important not only for the resolution of the case but for Tyriq’s loved ones who deserve answers and justice.

I've been following Tyriq Delonta Shaw's case closely and can't stop thinking about how his family and friends must be feeling right now. It's been months, and still, no answers or justice seem to have come their way. I noticed that Tyriq has a profile on the National Gun Violence Memorial.
