Hey everyone, This entire situation has been so difficult to absorb, and my thoughts are with Marquis Perez's family during this tragic time. I’ve been following the updates closely, and one thing that stands out to me is the location of the shooting. The incident happened near the 7-Eleven at Lake Margaret and Dixie Belle — an area that's usually pretty buzzing with people coming and going at all times of the day. It's so unsettling to think that this may have happened in such a public space. Did anyone local hear or see anything unusual that day? I’m just trying to wrap my head around how something so violent could occur right there, almost like the world keeps moving but now with this tragic shadow over it.
