Does anyone else find it utterly chilling how an unresolved workplace conflict could escalate to such an extreme, devastating outcome? I've been thinking a lot about Dr. Callahan's colleagues and how they must be feeling — it has to be beyond comprehension losing someone they worked with under such horrific circumstances. It’s easy to say in hindsight that more should have been done to address the perpetrator's claims of bullying, but the reality is, these situations can be so complicated and nuanced. I keep wondering if there were signs that were missed or opportunities to de-escalate the tensions. It's just a sad reminder of the importance of proactive measures and open channels for addressing grievances in every workplace. I can't imagine the pain his family and loved ones are going through right now. Does anyone know if there's a way for the community to support them during this awful time?
