I can't stop thinking about the community's reaction to Marquis Clary's death. It’s clear he was loved by many, and his passing has left a deep wound in Quincy. I recently read a heartfelt post from someone who knew him, and their words really painted a picture of a person who cared deeply for his family and friends. It's such a tragic loss, and I hope that whoever is responsible is brought to justice soon. The QPD's ongoing efforts to gather evidence and speak to witnesses give me hope that the truth will come out. In the meantime, my thoughts are with Marquis's loved ones as they navigate this devastating time. It’s these senseless acts of violence that remind us all of the fragility of life.
