I was looking into Trino Vargas's case from back in '95, and something that caught my attention was the timing of his trip to Mexico. It seems a bit odd that he returned on March 20, 1995, and vanished right after that. Does anyone know if there was any significant event in his life or family around that time that might explain why he disappeared so suddenly? Maybe there was some unfinished business in Mexico or something happened when he got back. Hoping any locals or others familiar with the area or possible connections can shed some light.
Has anyone looked into what Trino might have been involved with when he went to Mexico back in '94? It seems strange that he disappeared just after returning. I know the usual thoughts are about something potentially happening during his trip, but what if it was something here waiting for him when he got back? Maybe he owed someone money or there was some other issue that he wasn't able to avoid? Anyone have any insights or theories on this angle?
