It's been really tough following this case, but I wanted to bring up something that’s been bothering me. Vicente's murder happened at such a familiar intersection — 35th Street and Woods Avenue. It's a place many folks in Orlando pass by daily, and now it's marked by this senseless act of violence. I can't help but think about the people who live nearby and how this must have shattered their sense of safety in their own community. Vicente was just 35, a resident of our city, and by all accounts, someone who was genuinely loved and appreciated. It's incredibly distressing that, even after months, there's still no suspect information or motive released. It makes you wonder about the state of our safety and the resources available to our local law enforcement. Why does it always seem to take so long to find answers in cases like this? I hope his family and friends find some comfort and peace soon. If anyone knows more about how to support them, please share.
