Strange how Donghui Zhao's disappearance just slipped under the radar for so long, isn't it? The gap between when he last spoke to his friend and when he was reported missing really puzzles me. Why did his absence not raise alarms sooner? I mean, three whole months passed before an official report was filed, and that seems odd, right? Was it possible that his friends or family thought he had gone on a trip or something? Or maybe there were reasons to believe he just needed some time alone? I've seen discussions about him being introverted; maybe that played a part in why his disappearance wasn't noticed immediately. But on the flip side, wouldn't close friends or family have noticed something off much earlier? It's these kinds of gaps in timelines that make missing person cases so difficult to solve, and this one is no exception. I hope for the family's sake that someday new information surfaces to provide some closure.
