I stumbled across the case of Henry A. Dodson and found it pretty intriguing, especially how he was planning to bike from Big Pine Key, FL, to Maryland. It got me thinking about how feasible that journey would have been. Given the distance, it seems like a highly ambitious plan. Has anyone else heard of similar cases where someone attempted such a long trip on a bike? Also, wouldn't he have needed to carry more than just a money belt for a trip of that magnitude? It makes you wonder if he had a more detailed plan that just wasn't communicated to his family. Looking forward to hearing others' thoughts on this!
