I was thinking about Ricardo Magallanes Landa's case the other day and remembered reading somewhere that he was last seen near a well-known local store in Fontana. Have we ever been able to piece together who last saw him there or if there's any surveillance footage that might have been reviewed back in the day? I know it's been ages, but it's always worth checking if someone saw something that didn’t seem relevant at the time. Also, with technology advancing, is there any chance that old footage could be enhanced now? Would love to hear others’ thoughts or insights on this angle.
Has anyone here looked into how many cases in Fontana from around that time have similar circumstances to Ricardo Magallanes Landa's disappearance? It's really puzzling that there haven't been any solid leads all these years. I've noticed that some other cases in California from the late '90s also seem to fade without much info, and it makes me wonder if there were particular challenges or common factors during that period that might've contributed to these cases going cold. Maybe it's a matter of available resources back then or even certain investigative hurdles. Thoughts?
