This case has puzzled me for quite some time. Has anyone dug deeper into the possibility that Erich Striewski might have been living under an assumed identity after his disappearance? Considering the scars and his unique health history, I wonder if he sought a new life away from any known connections. The fact that there were no confirmed sightings beyond two such different places—Canada and Aruba—just makes me question if he was purposely leaving behind misleading clues. I mean, how does one just vanish without leaving more of a trace? While both locations present a nearly impossible challenge, perhaps focusing on this might open new avenues. Maybe there are unclaimed records or people who might have later interacted with someone matching his physical description but using a different name. Any thoughts on exploring this angle further?
