Has anyone discussed the timeline gap between when Jacob went missing on June 23 and when he was officially reported missing on July 1? That seems like a significant amount of time where someone might have seen something or recalled something relevant that could help the investigation. I understand the initial discovery of the burnt vehicle would take time to process, but maybe there's more to learn from why there was such a delay in the official report. Could it be possible that he was off-grid willingly at first or someone was hoping he would turn up? Hoping more details emerge that could help fill in the blanks during those critical early days.
