Has anyone else found it odd how no one in the neighborhood noticed anything suspicious happening at the friend's house when Mark Engelhart went missing? Hermiston is not a huge place, and you'd think someone might have seen or heard something unusual, especially on such a consequential day when he was supposed to attend an anniversary party and check on his ranch. I wonder if anyone looked into whether there were any other potential witnesses or neighbors who might have seen Jonathan Flaiz acting oddly around that time. For such a brutal crime with a sledgehammer, you'd expect some kind of noise or disturbance, right? It makes me think there might be more to unearth within the local community regarding what people saw or heard back then. Thoughts?

Has anyone else been following the Mark Delmar Engelhart case? One detail that really sticks out to me is the location where they found his truck—Gresham, Oregon. It's nearly 150 miles away from where Mark disappeared in Hermiston. So, I'm curious if there’s been any analysis or reports about why his truck was found so far away or if a particular route was identified. It seems odd that someone would drive that far to abandon a vehicle, especially since it might be clearer, more suspicious if left closer to the original location. Maybe Flaiz thought this might help throw off the investigation initially? Just trying to wrap my head around what the intention might have been and if there’s any geographical significance to that spot. Would love to hear any insights or theories!
