Did anyone else find it odd that Kenneth's Timex watch and shoelace necklace with a compass were never found? I’ve always thought these could be significant clues. I know it's a vast area, but you’d think items like those might have turned up at some point, especially during initial searches. It's strange because those are items you'd expect him to have with him as a woodsman. Could it mean that something else happened? Maybe someone found them and didn't report it? Or perhaps they got lost in the river? It just feels like these personal items might have more to tell us about what happened to him if they were only given a closer look. Any local folks remember hearing anything about missing items around that time?
