I've been following the tragic case of Lizbeth Hernandez, and I can’t stop thinking about the hotel staff at Staybridge Suites. It must have been incredibly traumatic for them to discover not just one, but two crime scenes within the hotel. I feel for the employees who were just going about their regular duties and ended up walking into a horrific situation they never anticipated. It's easy to overlook how much secondary trauma can impact people peripherally involved in such tragedies. My heart goes out to them as well, and I hope they receive any support or counseling they need to cope with this experience. Has anyone heard if the hotel is taking steps to support their staff?
