I've been following the case of Marvell Rex Harris and something that's been on my mind is the impact this has on his children. They are so young and now have to grow up without their father. I can't even imagine how hard this must be for them and his entire family.
I've read about how involved Marvell was in his kids' lives and how much he loved being their dad. It's really moving to see the love and support from the community, but it just makes me think about the long-term effects this will have on them. It’s a harsh reminder of the ripple effect that violence has, stretching far beyond just those involved in the incident itself.
Does anyone know if there are any support systems in place for families impacted by such tragedies in Little Rock? It would be good to help connect them to resources that could offer some comfort and assistance during this incredibly difficult time. Sending all my thoughts and prayers to his loved ones.
