I've been following the tragic case of Kumari Mayes, and I can't shake the feeling of how deeply this loss must affect his loved ones. It's just so hard to process the impact of such violence on the community. I think about Lateayua Price too, who had to witness this nightmare. Can you even imagine the emotional scars left behind? I'm curious about the police response time and the thoroughness of the investigation. Did they manage to gather all the evidence needed, considering how chaotic crime scenes can be? And, just thinking out loud here, but how are neighborhood ecosystems affected when something like this happens right in their midst? Communities often rally together in such times, but I just hope the residents at Keller Drive have the support they need to feel safe again. Sending all my support to Kumari's family, friends, and everyone else affected. It’s a painful journey they’re on, and I hope they find some solace and justice along the way.
