Just thinking about Callie Weems and her family tonight. I heard she was super involved with her church communities, which is probably why so many people have been talking about the incredible amount of support her family has been receiving. It’s so unbelievably sad to lose someone so young and vibrant, especially when she had so much to look forward to as a new mom. Imagine having that joyful time cut short like this. My heart goes out to her family, especially her little one who now has to grow up without their mom. This tragedy has really rocked the whole community, and it’s hard to wrap your head around such senseless violence. I hope they find some comfort and peace in the memories and support from those around them. Stay strong, Fordyce.
