Hi everyone, I've been following the Blake Patrick McCool case and have been thinking about the timing of when his car was found. It's curious that it was discovered in March, which makes me wonder how long it might have been sitting there unnoticed. Given that it's a remote area, maybe this isn't surprising, but could it mean something critical happened before winter truly set in? Was he prepared for colder weather or did he assume he’d be back before it got too harsh? If he intended on an extended stay, I wonder what kind of supplies he might have taken with him. Anyone have thoughts on how likely it is that someone would have seen him or his car between November and March? It seems like such a lengthy time for it to go unnoticed unless it’s really hidden away or just too infrequently traveled during those months. Any insights from locals or people familiar with the Portelance Lake area?
