I’ve been thinking about the area around the Nelson Sand and Gravel pits that was searched after Cameron’s disappearance. Given the terrain there, it seems like it would have been difficult to conduct a thorough search, especially back in 1975 without the technology we have now. I wonder if it might be worth revisiting those areas with modern equipment. Ground-penetrating radar or similar tech could potentially uncover something that was missed decades ago. Sometimes the key to old cases is re-examining them with fresh eyes and new technology. If anyone in the community has connections to law enforcement or resources that could assist, maybe it's worth suggesting? Also, has anyone heard updates if Halton Police have considered this?
