Does anyone have more info on the search efforts conducted after Charles Leslie Lewis went missing? From what I've gathered, it seems like there was an extensive effort immediately following the accident, but details seem sparse. I’m curious if anyone knows more specifics about what resources were used, and how long the search continued. Considering how remote and forested that area is, I can't imagine it was an easy task. Every detail counts when trying to understand how these searches are coordinated and what challenges they faced back in 1980. Appreciate any insights you guys might have!
