Has anyone considered the role of the neighborhood dynamics back in 1979 in Lorraine Legault's disappearance? I came across an old newspaper article mentioning that the Mile End area was undergoing some significant changes around that time, with lots of new residents moving in and out frequently. Could it be possible that someone transient, unfamiliar to the community, took advantage of the situation? Maybe someone was able to blend in easily without raising suspicions? With all the different accounts of what the potential abductor might have looked like, I'm wondering if the chaotic nature of the neighborhood at that time made it more challenging for eyewitnesses to provide accurate descriptions. It's heartbreaking for the family, and I really hope that ongoing interest and investigations bring some clarity to what happened to Lorraine. Any thoughts from locals or those familiar with the area back then?
