Hey everyone, I've been following James David Kunuk's case since it was first reported, and something has been sticking out to me lately—the fact that his landlord was the one who reported him missing. It's rare for someone other than family or close friends to take that step, I think, which makes me wonder about the dynamics between James and those around him in Whitehorse. Was his landlord particularly close to him, or did something in James's behavior make them feel concerned enough to report it? It adds a layer of curiosity about what might have been going on in his life at the time. Does anyone have any thoughts or insights on how common it is for landlords to report tenants missing? Or any similar cases where the landlord was the first to sound the alarm?
