Does anyone remember if there was any construction or roadwork happening in the area around Debra's school in 1992? Sometimes workers can unknowingly witness things or even catch unusual activity on camera. I know it's a long shot considering how much time has passed, but these small details could end up being important. It's just so unsettling that there's such little information on what was reportedly a "routine" morning. If anyone has memories of changes or disruptions in that area back then, maybe it could jog a clue or lead. Keeping Debra and her family in my thoughts today as they still seek answers.
