I’ve always been drawn to the puzzling details of the Terry Mitchel Hrynick case, particularly the mysterious boat engine sound. What strikes me is the timing—we know Terry was last seen stumbling out into the night, and then shortly after, a boat engine roared to life. Could it have been someone else starting the boat? If Terry was intoxicated, it seems unlikely he'd have the coordination or clarity to operate a boat, especially in the dark. There’s also the detail about no one seeing the boat in motion, only hearing it. Could there be more to explore about where that boat ended up and who might have been involved in setting it adrift? It’s unsettling how such a seemingly small detail adds a layer of confusion to his disappearance. Anyone have thoughts on this angle or heard similar cases?
