Has anyone else thought about the potential influence of wildlife or environmental factors in Jacques’s case? With the area being so wooded and Mr. Hébert having hearing difficulties, it makes me wonder if something startled or confused him. Moose and bears aren't unheard of, and disorientation in unfamiliar terrain can happen quickly to even the most experienced. Plus, if you think about the dense forest canopy, it might have been difficult for him to see landmarks or paths clearly, especially if it got dark quicker than he expected. For those familiar with the area, have there been any reports of wildlife disruptions around the time of his disappearance? Just trying to consider all angles that might not have been the primary focus at first.
