I recently stumbled upon Clarence Reynolds' case and something about it has been nagging at me. Has anyone else noticed how strange it is that his car was found all the way in San Bernardino County? That’s quite a distance from where he was supposed to be in Bakersfield. It makes me wonder if something happened along the way that caused him to veer so far off course. I know they mentioned he was possibly disoriented, but that’s a pretty significant detour. Is there any record of his car being seen or him making any stops between Wasco and where the car was found? It's puzzling that there haven't been more details about his route. Could someone have picked him up from there, or maybe he tried to ask for help and things went wrong? If anyone has any thoughts or new information, even after all these years, it could be worth discussing.
