I’ve been following this case for years, and one detail that keeps me up at night is the bark from Robert Harrington's dog when his apartment was first entered. Dogs usually sense when something's wrong. I can't shake this feeling that the incessant barking might hold a clue. Dogs can be incredibly protective of their owners and environments. Maybe Robert's dog was trying to tell us something was off. Did the police ever consider tracking the dog's behavior or reactions afterward? Could it have been traumatized or shown fear or aggression around certain people? I sometimes wonder if that dog saw something it couldn't convey. Just a thought, but perhaps revisiting how the dog reacted during those initial days might provide a piece of the bigger puzzle we're all trying to solve. Anyone have more info on this or similar thoughts about cases involving pets?
