Has anyone ever focused on the jacket George was wearing when he disappeared? It was a black 'Yamaha' jacket, which seems pretty distinct. I’ve been wondering if anyone has considered that maybe it somehow washed up somewhere away from Lake Simcoe or if it could have been spotted somehow by someone not local to the area back then. Clothing can sometimes turn up in unexpected places, especially after that kind of weather. Might be a long shot, but has any effort been made to trace that specific piece of clothing, or was it just assumed to be lost with him? Knowing if it turned up might provide a clue, even after all these years. Thoughts?
