Has anyone else been following the case of Rafael Manuel Segura from Chula Vista? One thing that's always puzzled me is how there doesn't seem to be any significant details about his last sighting back in January 2015. It's unusual for there to be no clues or leads for so long. I'm curious if any locals recall seeing anything in that area during that time. I know it was a while ago, but even small details can help in cases like this. It just seems odd that someone could vanish without a trace.
I came across Rafael Manuel Segura's case, and something just doesn't sit right with me about the lack of media coverage. I get that some cases might not pick up traction, but being missing since 2015 and hardly any updates is just concerning. It's like he slipped through the cracks.
