It's been over a decade now since Benjamin Peter Entz disappeared, and every time I drive down the roads around the Waldeck Hutterite Colony, I can't help but wonder about him. What really strikes me is how the tractor was found the next day, just sitting there, as if he stepped away for a moment and planned to come right back. Nothing seemed out of place with the tractor itself, as far as I’ve read. It’s puzzling. With such a tight-knit community, it's hard to imagine something like this happening with no solid leads all these years later. I've often thought about that detail — the tractor abandoned — it feels like a critical piece of the puzzle we just don't have the context for. What could have drawn him away so unpredictably? If anyone else has insights or theories about this specific part of the story, I'd love to hear them. It's like trying to solve a riddle with half the words missing.
