I’ve been following the Paul Davis disappearance closely, and one thing that's been puzzling me is the role the Wim Hof Method might have played. I only recently learned about this method, which focuses on cold water exposure among other things, and how it's supposed to improve mental and physical health. It made me wonder if Paul had been practicing it for long? Could he have been more confident in handling the cold waters because of it? I’m also curious if anyone has insights on whether practicing the Wim Hof Method regularly could potentially cause someone to underestimate the risks of cold water swimming, especially in early November when temperatures are known to be pretty harsh. It's baffling to think that his interest in a health regimen could have some connection to his disappearance, but it might provide a piece of this mysterious puzzle. Anyone else have thoughts on this or know more about his practice of the method?
